TickLog is for the lists you go through again and again.

Stays on this phone. No account, no tracking.

There is no account and no cloud sync, so your TickLog data lives only on this phone. A backup file is how you keep a copy or move to a new phone.

1. In TickLog, open Settings and tap Export backup. TickLog puts all templates and runs into one .json file and opens the share sheet.
2. Choose where the file goes, for example Files, AirDrop or Mail, and keep it somewhere safe.
3. On the new phone, install TickLog, open Settings, tap Import backup and pick the file.

Importing adds what is missing. Entries already on the phone are kept and nothing is overwritten.

Deleting the app deletes its data. If you want to keep it, tap Export backup first.
